Thermal retransfer printing

Rimage’s Everest state-of-the-art thermal retransfer printing system delivers waterproof, scratchproof, photo-realistic images that are permanently printed and bonded directly to the surface of the disc. These full-colour discs are the industry’s most durable printed discs and will not scratch, peel or fade over time. Compared to inkjet-based systems, the Everest printer is faster and has a lower cost per disc when printing full-colour labels.

Rimage Producer Software

The included Rimage Producer software suite provides all the applications and features needed to kick-start a successful in-house disc publishing operation, including:

• QuickDisc software for creating and submitting jobs
• CD Designer to help users create custom labels and disc graphics
•  Rimage System Manager to monitor and control the Rimage hardware automatically, notifying users over the network of configuration, job status, consumable levels and more.
